Signing in to your Hover account

Access to your account is necessary for maintaining your Hover services—the Hover control panel manages your domain's DNS, email accounts, and account billing.

There are times that your username or password is misplaced. You can usually recover the credentials needed to access your account quickly.

Username reminder email

You can recover your forgotten Hover account username by requesting an email with your login credentials.

  1. In your browser, navigate to the Hover control panel sign-in page.

Magic token sign-in

The magic token feature makes it easier to log into your Hover account. Instead of using your username and password, you can use your Hover account primary email address.
Note: This feature only works with verified account email addresses. If two step-sign in is enabled, it will prompt you for another six-digit code sent via SMS or generated by your authentication app.

  1. Navigate to the sign-in page and click Or sign in with magic token.

  2. Enter the email address associated with the Hover account and select Send token.

  3. A six-digit authentication code will be sent via email to the address specified and will be active for 15 minutes. Enter this authentication code from the email and select Confirm code.

  4. If the email address specified is not associated with a Hover account, an email will be received to that address stating no Hover account is found.
