Hover's services can be renewed manually through your Hover account.
Alternatively, you can use Hover's auto-renew option. which will automatically charge and renew your services at the end of their term. You can confirm whether auto-renew is enabled for your domain services through your Hover control panel.
Renewing a single domain
- Sign in to your Hover control panel using your chosen method of 2FA.
- If you have multiple domains, you will be taken to the domains section. Click Renew beside the domain you wish to renew.
- Select your desired renewal duration and click Secure checkout. To add more years to your term, click the + button.
- Ensure the information is correct throughout the checkout page. Click the checkbox indicating an agreement to the terms and services, followed by Submit order.
- The renewal order is complete. You will receive an email confirmation.
Renewing multiple domains
- Sign in to your Hover control panel using your chosen method of 2FA.
- Check the box next to the domains you wish to renew. Click the Bulk edit: select drop-down menu, followed by Renew.
- Select your desired renewal duration and click Secure checkout. To add more years to your term, click the + button.
- Ensure the information is correct throughout the checkout page. Click the checkbox indicating an agreement to the terms and services, followed by Submit order.
- The renewal order is complete. You will receive an email confirmation.
Renewing a personal email account
- Select Personal emails from the navigation menu, followed by Renew.
- Select your desired renewal duration and click Secure checkout. To add more years to your term, click the + button.
- Ensure the information is correct throughout the checkout page. Click the checkbox indicating an agreement to the terms and services, followed by Submit order.
- The renewal order is complete. You will receive an email confirmation.
Renewing without signing in
If you cannot access your account, you can process renewals by using Hover's no-hassle renewal option.
- Navigate to the Hover renewal page and enter the domain or email address you want to renew, followed by the white right-pointing arrow.
- Select Add to cart.
- Click Proceed to cart.
- Review the cart and select Secure checkout.

At the account login screen, enter random credentials to trigger the no-hassle process.
- You will be prompted with an invalid username or password error. This is expected. We want to fail the login twice to trigger the no-hassle renewal feature. Choose Sign in again.
- Once the no-hassle renewal feature has been triggered, select Renew without signing in.
- Choose Yes, skip sign in.
- Enter the required billing information, followed by Continue.
- To receive a copy of the invoice, enter your email address, click the box to agree to the terms of service, and then click Submit order.
Note: this receipt will not be listed in your Hover account's invoices. Ensure you keep this email if required for business needs.
