Submitting a support request
When submitting a support request, sign into your Hover account. The support request will be associated with your Hover account for any account changes on your behalf.
- Sign into your Hover account and click Help.
- Select Submit a request.
- You will be prompted to submit a form outlining the request.
- To monitor the request, return to Hover.com from your account menu. Choose My activities.
Initiating a live chat
Connect with us by starting a live chat, and our advisors can happily take care of you in real-time.
Note: We suggest signing in to your account before initiating a chat for convenience.
- Go to Hover.com and type your message in the chat bar.
- Enter the fields in the chat box and hit Start chatting.
