  • Submit a support ticket through our Help Center. Our team will respond as soon as possible during our next business day.
  • Our chat support will also be available with limited hours.

Submitting a support request

When submitting a support request, sign into your Hover account. The support request will be associated with your Hover account for any account changes on your behalf.

  1. Sign into your Hover account and click Help.

  2. Select Submit a request.

  3. You will be prompted to submit a form outlining the request.

  4. To monitor the request, return to Hover.com from your account menu.  Choose My activities.
