Updating your email password

There are two ways to change your Hover email password, through the control panel or the webmail. 

The email password is used to log in to your webmail, and for use in mail clients.

If you have forgotten your email password, you will need to reset it through the control panel. If you know the current password but want to change it, you can do that through webmail.

Changing your email password via the control panel

  1. Sign in to your Hover control panel using your chosen method of 2FA.

  2. Select Email from the navigation bar.

  3. Choose Edit beside the email address you would like to reset followed by Edit password.

  4. In the edit password pop-up window, enter the new desired password, followed by Save password.
    Note: Passwords must be 14 characters long and include at least one number, one special symbol, and one capitalized letter.  No spaces are allowed in your password.

Changing your email password via the webmail

  1. Sign in to Hover webmail.
    Notes: Former VistaPrint customers are on our Enhanced Email Cluster B server.

  2. Click Settings from the vertical ribbon menu. webmailsettings.jpg
  3. Choose Password, followed by Change password.

  4. Enter your current email password and the new desired password, followed by Save.
